Charles R. Mollo – President & CEO

As President and CEO of Beamz Interactive, Charlie Mollo is responsible for the overall management of the Company’s business strategy including development of product sales channels, marketing, finance and product development. As a highly successful business leader, Charlie has worked in a number of industries including wireless telecommunications, consumer electronics, computers, child care and real estate, growing privately-owned entrepreneurial start-up organizations into leading publicly-traded companies. His management experience with mergers and acquisitions, financing, venture capital, strategic planning and technology, and his passion for music have earned him his role as leader and CEO of Beamz Interactive.

Prior to Beamz Interactive, Charlie was a co-founder and Chairman, President and CEO of Mobility Electronics, Inc. (now iGo, Inc.), a NASDAQ company focused on developing and marketing innovative products for the converging mobile electronics industry. Under his leadership, Charlie led the founding entrepreneurial team and raised over $100 million, including an IPO, PIPE and other financings. In addition, the Company grew sales to an annual run rate of just under $100 million per year.

Charlie also helped build Alliance Telecommunications Corporation in the late 1980s and early 1990s. This wireless telecommunications company went from start-up to just under $100 million in revenues, and was successfully sold in July 1992 to a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Other notable accomplishments include the management of a variety of venture investments, including a $150 million venture capital fund for Meadows Resources, and owning and managing (primarily strategic development) New Vistas Investments Corporation, with responsibility for, a New Mexico real estate and investment company. It was through his experiences in venture capital and investments that he came to Mobility Electronics and Bright Beginnings Child Development Centers, where he helped build the number one childcare company in the state of New Mexico. Charlie has an MBA from the University of New Mexico, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering, NJ Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College.

Al Ingallinera Jr. – Vice President, Product Management & Business Development

As Vice President, Product Management and Business Development, Al is responsible for leading product management and marketing for Beamz Interactive, including messaging, advertising and public relations, channel marketing and website development and management. Al has more than 20 years experience launching new hardware and software technology products into consumer, business and vertical markets. He has a proven track record of developing new markets, expanding sales channels, establishing marketing partnerships and increasing business unit profitability.

Prior to Beamz Interactive, Al was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ambir Technology, a digital imaging product manufacturer and scanner software provider. In this role, Al contributed to the establishment of Ambir as a leading provider of ID card imaging and scanning technology products in the healthcare market through branding, event marketing and business development initiatives. He also was a key contributor to increasing sales per sales employee by 70% from 2004 to 2007 and increasing the Company’s reseller base by 150% from 2004 to 2005.

Al ventured into the mobile computer world in 1998, when he took a sales and product marketing position with CNF Mobile Solutions, a PC notebook peripheral manufacturer. He eventually moved to a competing company, Mobility Electronics (now iGo, Inc.), where he became the Director of Corporate Marketing and Market Development. In this role, Al managed a $2.6 million marketing budget and led the integration and branding strategy for products added through corporate acquisitions. Since 1991, Al has worked with leading computer product technology manufacturers, distributors and resellers, holding various leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Product Management. Other past employers include Iomega Corporation and Merisel. Al received a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith Business School.

Scott Coyle – Vice President, Finance

As Vice President, Finance, Scott is responsible for leading Beamz financing and investor relations efforts, as well as identifying and evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities. Scott has more than 25 years experience in a variety of finance related activities.

Prior to working with Beamz Interactive Scott was licensed in the securities business from 1986 through 2011. During that time, he held various corporate finance positions with the following broker dealers all based in the southwest, including Spelman and Company; Paradise Valley Securities; Peacock, Hislop, Staley and Givens; and Girard securities. His responsibilities included structuring private placements, Initial Public offerings, bridge loans, and various mergers and acquisitions, including securing private placement financing for iGo, Inc.

Deborah Tutoni, Controller

As Controller, Debby is responsible for managing the company’s financial reporting and accounting system, and for preparing SEC and other regulatory filings. Debby earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona and is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Arizona. Ms. Tutrone was an Audit Partner for 12 years with the Phoenix based public accounting firm of Semple, Marchal and Cooper LLP. Ms Tutrone has more than 22 years accounting and audit experience with a wide range of public and private companies and is a member of the AICPA.

INTERNAL TEAM

The Beamz Interactive team includes two very talented artists/composers/musicians, Todd Nystrom and David Yackley. Key members of our internal team includes Cody Myer, our national sales manager, Jan Durand, our sales operations and supply chain manager, Lori Snider our product development and engineering manager, and Gary “Doc” Bencar, our software architect. All are very experienced and very talented.

Upon completion of our financing, a few additional positions will be added, including a marketing manager, an accounting person, and additional sales resources.
