If you are having problems installing the Beamz Player or Beamz Studio software and/or experiencing issues with the Beamz not working, please review our Technical FAQs which outline answers and responses to the most commonly asked questions to our technical support team. We continually update this content based on feedback and experience from serving our customers.

Software Updates

Using the latest versions of our the Beamz Player or Beamz Studio software will provide you the best experience with our interactive music systems. New updates are posted to the downloads page as available.


Tutorial Videos & Installation Pages

The tutorials page includes videos for using Virtual DJ with the Beamz controller and videos introducing how to make interactive music with our Beamz Studio software.

This section also includes the installation setup pages for the Beamz by Flo & the Beamz Education and Health Care products.

If the technical FAQs do not have the information you need to resolve any issues you are experiencing, please contact us – we are happy to be of help.

We strive to respond to support emails received within one business day after receipt. The technical support team is also available by phone Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Arizona time, excluding national holidays at 888.724.7380.

The technical support team has been trained to serve customers for the following issues:

  • Installation: Software – troubleshooting installation problems or errors in running applications
  • Installation: Hardware – getting the hardware up and running; device not recognized/driver installation issues
  • Usability: Hardware – troubleshooting problems with hardware (beams lasers not behaving as they should)
